Rates cover from one to four persons depending on the category chosen.<br \/>\nBreakfast and VAT of 10% included.<br \/>\nRates do not however include city and tourism tax equal to \u20ac2.5 per person per day.<br \/>\nAdditional services including drinks, meals, massages, courses, and excursions are also extra (except under promotional offers).<\/p>\n<h4>Conditions for reservation<\/h4>\n<p>For your reservation to be valid, we ask that you pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay (not including taxes per stay and additional services you&#8217;ll pay for on-site).<\/p>\n<p>Payment of the deposit can be made by the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably by online payment and by VISA or MASTERCARD** via the Availpro secured payment platform.<\/li>\n<li>Otherwise, by bank transfer (only for reservations more than 30 days out).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The remainder of the payment can be made in cash at the Riad Noos Noos (dirhams or foreign currencies accepted).<br \/>\nWhen paying with a Bank Card, a commission equal to 3.5% of the amount spent will be added to cover the processing commission charged by the Interbanking Money Transfer Center.<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation Conditions<\/h4>\n<p>Any cancellation should be communicated by the client in writing or by fax.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the original arrival date<\/strong>: forfeit of 50% of the total amount due for the reservation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation from 29 to 11 days prior to the original arrival date<\/strong>: forfeit of 80% of the total amount due for the reservation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation between 10 days before the original arrival date and the date of the beginning of the reservation (NO SHOW)<\/strong>: forfeit of 100% of the total amount due for the reservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rates and Taxes Rates for rooms and suites are per room and per night.
